[Satellite Today 08-15-08] SpaceDev Inc. saw revenues of $8.9 million, an increase of over 8.5% in the second quarter with operating income, net income and positive adjusted EBITDA, according to its second quarter results.
The company realized second quarter income from operations of approximately $180,000, compared to $157,000 from the same quarter in 2007. SpaceDev’s Adjusted EBITDA was approximately $0.7 million, or 7.6% of net sales, respectively, compared to an adjusted EBITDA of $0.5 million, or 6.2% of net sales, for the same three months in 2007.
“We continue to achieve new revenue milestones for SpaceDev with over $19.2 million for the six month period,” said Mark N. Sirangelo, SpaceDev’s chairman and CEO.
